From our Acorn-fed animals exclusively elaborated with this sausage meat traditionally. Dried in our facilities and prepared in the family recipe creating a product of the highest quality. All details are followed to the extreme: paprika from La Vera, garlic from Aceuchal.

The recipe is simple but difficult to match: Meat from Iberian pigs fed on acorns, salt, paprika and garlic; cured in 120 years old wooden bell.

Chorizo Weight: 1’250 gr. approximately.
