Our ham “copyright”. Always a minimum curing of 36 months. Freedom is its essence, without hindrance or rules that restrict the first objective: QUALITY.

The result is a traditional ham for some a discovering flavors, for other palates, nostalgia for the best.

Boning takes place in our own facilities, with maximum hygiene.

The piece is devoid of blood, her skin, and protector bacon, with full capacity.

When you receive it in its vacuum package, you only have to cut either with a knife or a machine in order to enjoy.
